Shenzhen Onequan Technology Co., Ltd was established in 1997(Formerly Shenzhen Wanke Plastic Electron Factory) , located in Shenzhen, China, is Onequan Group Co., Ltd subsidiary companies. Our factory is situated in the high tech site of Bao Long Industrial Area in Long Gang District, Shenzhen, environmentally friendly surroundings, convenient travel via Shenzhen border crossings with Hong Kong 40 minutes away.  We have our own industrial work area, well-trained workers with a modern organized social health support system.      Onequan-tech have independent ability to develop the mold, we can design and manufacture precision liquid silicone, solid silicone, plastic mold independently. We can also design and make mold according to customer's requirements. Our mold shop is equipped with CNC, CNC lathes, milling machines, presses, grinders and other sophisticated machineries. At the same time, our company have get ISO9001 quality management system certificate,we calls for the full-depth development of production quality management, establish a modern high-tech testing laboratories, for the quality of products we carry on high standard and strict requirement effective monitoring and scientific management and hold on technological innovation,  and ensure absolutely reliable of product quality.         Onequan-tech  take the technology,quality,developing more customers as the mission of our operating concept, and constantly blaze new trails, to ensure that provide the best quality, most efficient and most suitable products.In the ever-changing electrical market, Onequan-tech  has set up marketing, research and development, manufacturing and customer support systems.  Our company has a 18 man designing team and a molding team of 60 technicians, 5 CNC sets, 10 EDM  machines, 3D scanner, etc; 60 sets of moulds can be designed and manufactured each month. We hold formal and informal discussion groups with customers to assess their requirements.   Our plastic-manufacturing center has the best fitting - 12 new injection machines, mixed or double- colour injection machine, automatic colour checking system, and dust free automatic double spray/baked production line.The silicone-manufacturing center has 20 silicone compression  machines, two automatic silicone spraying lines, 14 laser work stations which is considerably large in the industry with laser edging technology.    In future, we will be happy to introduce more advanced new products, new technologies, to provide our clients with better quality, more professional service.
